Ever tot that life will get easier once you decided to leave the organisation?
But it is actually not tat true.... first, you have to find the guts to pre-warn your supervisor.... and it is especially difficult when your supervisor is nice.... Then you will need to meet up with your director and talk it over with her as well..... Tat is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT.... you have to find a way to put everything in a diplomatic way.....
After talking to my director, I felt kinda upset.... she is peeved that I did not tell her about my decision earlier and of course the BAD TIMING.... kinda ruin my happy mood........ but I guess can't pleased everyone.... the most important thing I need to remember is that the move is good for my career and I should be feeling happy.... :-P
On the whole, I would say that I am happy.... seems like floating on CLOUD NINE sometimes.... it just feels good to make a clean break and move on..... hopefully, the move is a good one....
