After much thinking... thinking.... thinking.... I have reached a decision...
A tougher decision has never been made before.....
Put my trust in my organisation in their promise to review my salary & give me a salary adjustment.....
Just hope my trust is not wasted on them.....
Now, I just need to live with MY DECISION!
