Handwriting Analysis.... what a wonder!

Your Fundamental Temperament — How You Approach Life
Fundamental temperament is what others will recognize about you most easily because it describes your approach to life. It is the resultant characteristic in our personalities from the impact of life during the formative years.

Your approach to life is highly self-protective. People will have a hard time understanding you or knowing what is on your mind because of your guarded nature. This reserved demeanor offers you discipline and control as positive attributes; lack of spontaneity and openness, and unnatural stiffness in the negative. Your behavior is monitored by suspicion, caution, calculation and fear of possible consequences for your actions. You attempt to uphold a facade of strength to protect yourself from your environment, knowing that the real you, the sensitive and vulnerable you, could not cope with the hurts and hardships life has to offer. By distancing yourself and concealing what is really going on inside, you are able maintain the control you need to protect yourself.

The downside of this fundamental temperament is that it robs others of truly knowing you and, in turn, robs yourself of the feelings of closeness and trust in others that could help you come out of your cocoon. Because it appears to you that people accept you as you are, and you know that what they see is not really you, you are the one who determines that their acceptance is not genuine, not them. Learning to expose yourself and experiencing genuine acceptance of that exposure will contribute to feelings of self-worth, which will give you the inner strength to match the outer strength that you so aptly display for the world to see.

(Note : Think it is true.... but I am sure many will beg to differ)

The Primary Motivation Behind Your Behavior
It is generally accepted that specific behaviors are the result of satisfying a felt need. For example, if you are hungry (the felt need) you will eat (the action to satisfy the felt need, also referred to as behavior). A need is different from a "want." You may need to eat, but you do not need to have a steak. There are numerous motivational theories from which determinations of behavior can be made. This assessment focuses on the three primary realms of being, mental, emotional and physical since they are essential to every person's individual sense of balance and well-being.

Your greatest felt need is in the emotional realm, which would indicate that much of your behavior is directed toward satisfying your emotional needs. Striving to achieve this goal will cause you to focus on day-to-day activities, or what may be referred to as the mundane (ordinary) aspects of life. You will seek the creature comforts necessary to give you a sense of emotional well-being. You need to know that your environment is secure; that you have a roof over your head; food on your table; feel loved, cared for and needed; and that you have all the "essentials" of ordinary contentment.

Your idea of essentials, however, is subject to inflation in comparison to what most people would refer to as essential. For this reason, you might be viewed as materialistic, when in actuality, the material comforts you surround yourself with are merely substitutes for unmet emotional needs.

(Note : Also true.... what can I say..... I am ONE materialistic person.....)

You are an "earthy" person, and willing to draw from your environment what you need. Expression of your individualism will be an active part of your behavior.

You learned at an early age to take care of yourself, and as such you will only trust your own instincts. This can prevent you from accepting the suggestions of others. You must have the freedom and the independence to explore for yourself. You will not be reigned in, fenced in and might be perceived as "hardheaded." Rather than jeopardize your independence by asking for help (even when you know you need it), you will attempt to resolve your own issues.

(Note : Once again, it is on the MARK)

You experience everything in life at an emotional level first. Mental and physical endeavors only have interest if they will assist you in fulfilling your emotional needs.

Life's Impact Upon You
Emotional impact and emotional memory are related. The person whom is greatly impacted by emotional events will hold on to the feelings of them much longer than the person who is impacted to a lesser degree. In essence, this sections deals with depth and length of feelings in the process of examining the intensity of sensuousness experienced.

At this point in time, emotional situations impact you strongly. Whether you respond immediately or not depends up your emotional instincts and control but it is sure that whatever you feel, you feel intensely. When you fall in love, you fall hard. When you feel hurt or slighted, the feelings can linger for days and holding a grudge is second nature. It is very difficult for you to get over anything that sparks your passion.

The depth of your feelings is what creates passion. You have a great deal of energy to invest and will pursue your interests with purpose. Your strong emotional memory keeps you committed to your undertakings.

(Note : Me committed??... Think I am more fickle minded)

You enjoy sensuous stimulants: fine foods, rich textures, etc., as well as sensuous endeavors. In this respect, you need to guard against over indulging. You might be inclined to eat or drink too much and if your passion is work, you can become a workaholic easily.

(Note : Don't think I am a workaholic.... but my dear hubby is sure to disagree... :-p)

Your Emotional Response to Life's Experiences
Our emotional nature is a combination of inherent and conditioned responses based on instinctual needs and societal controls. With maturity, we all learn that reacting exactly as we would like may not be acceptable behavior. In some cases, instinctive response will be moderated, in others, they can become stifled, dependent upon how each individual processes parental and societal influences.

Your emotional responses are controlled and border on non-expression. Others see you as cool, calm and collected, even unemotional and undemonstrative. You do not move into relationships or new situations quickly. Some people may tag you as noncommittal because of this. Even when you want to make contact, it is not easy to reach out or really communicate with others. In many cases, you might be less inclined to speak at length because to do so would mean to reveal more of yourself.

Your highly composed demeanor functions best where emotional displays are not the rule and you set for others an example for moderation. To you, your controlled behavior is both a benefit and an accomplishment. It enables you to feel more in control of yourself, and as such, more in control of life's situations.

A self-created obstacle of not expressing what is really going on inside leads to the possibility of unsuccessful personal relationships in which you feel misunderstood and rejected. It is hard work for you to reach the point where you realize that other people cannot read your mind. When they are left to their own devices to figure out what is going on with you, chances are they will be wrong. Additionally, pent-up emotions can lead to health problems.

You appear to most people as self-sufficient. You do not respond to pressure or retreat from others when your values are challenged. You will weigh all matters before making judgments and usually demonstrate excellent objective powers. You are not the type to intrude, especially into another's personal matters. Some people may perceive this as not being a caring person, since the social custom is to demonstrate concern by asking questions along personal lines. You do not fall into this custom because to do so would give license to another to intrude into your personal life and that is a situation you attempt to avoid.

You stand on your own two feet and expect others to do the same, all the while discouraging emotional dependency. You do not burden others with your personal pain or problems and are not particularly comfortable when they attempt to "bounce" their feelings off of you. Even your language is void of emotional words; rather than say "I feel," you are more comfortable with "I think." When you must deal with emotional displays, it is most natural for you to want to withdraw. Such behavior can result in leaving the other person more frustrated than before (which also serves as a way of getting even if you are angry) and the loss of that relationship becomes a possibility, since neither party can communicate effectively. You appreciate and build more solid relationships with people possessing similar emotional restraint.

(Note : I am not a very "feeling" person..... Can't handle emotional situations well..... feel helpless.... )

Problem Solving and Learning — Your Mental Processing Powers
While there are as many ways to approach a problem as there are types of problems, there are relatively few styles of mentally processing the information we have available: analytical, investigative, methodical and instinctive, or perhaps, nominal use of the mental faculties. It is possible that some people will possess more than one style, however, a dominant style will prevail. This evaluation addresses your dominant style. It is believed that our mental processing style is an inherent trait since it can be identified in the first scribbles made by a child.

You will work your way through problems from a sequential, one-step-at-time, process. Everything needs to fall into a logical and proper order before you can reach a conclusion. As a result, when you do find your solution, every aspect has been covered.

You require methodical instruction to grasp information quickly or can become frustrated, or even feel inadequate, when you do not have the opportunity to make logical sense out of what you are learning. You are at your best when you are allowed ample time to learn and perform your work. Time constraints that force you to perform your work quickly are least ideal because you must be able to do your work thoroughly.

(Note : I always skip steps.... so don't think this is applicable...)

This type of mental processing fosters creativity. You have an eye for form and possess good manual dexterity. You would enjoy occupations which allow you to build something or that calls upon your excellent logical deductive abilities.

The Scope of Your World and Your Importance in it
The scope of our world is limited by our self-identity to and with it. The result is an introverted or extroverted nature to varying degrees. Every person occupies a certain amount of innate space in which he or she is comfortable and will balance the self-identity with an equal amount of environmental influences.

Limiting your surroundings is important to your need for privacy. You are uncomfortable being out in front and, regardless of your emotional response level, you prefer one-on-ones to group interaction. You are a quiet, introverted type person, often serious and intense about life. Basically, you are shy.

(Note : Told everyone that I am a shy person.... but no one ever believe me.... see my handwriting said so.... :-p)

You are capable of exceptional concentrative abilities, blocking out your surroundings in order to pay attention to what you are doing. However, once your concentration is broken, it can take you longer than most to regain your focus.

(Note : concentration??.... I think my dear hubby will surely asked tat..... he thinks I am too easily distracted.... guess concentration only works when I like what I am doing.....)

An obvious strength of this ability is that you can apply yourself for long periods of time and attend fastidiously to the most tedious types of endeavors. At the same time, you are prone to tunnel vision, which inhibits your ability to see the total picture. You run the risk of "not seeing the forest for the trees." You might find yourself unable to bring a big project together quickly because of the amount of attention you feel compelled to give each part of it. There is the possibility that you will get stuck on one part of a problem and, therefore, be unable to work your way past a certain point because of the importance you give to that part. The limited scope you impose on your world can impede effective judgments unless you are willing to listen to someone who is capable of seeing the total picture.

Your Current Governing Philosophy
A governing philosophy does not reflect moods, rather it is a reflection of our attitude toward life. Additionally, unlike moods which are subject to change quickly, a governing philosophy is a faith in ourselves and life and only subject to change upon continued feelings of loss of control or hopelessness.

You move through life with a positive, optimistic attitude, with an underlying belief that no matter how bad things get, they will work out okay. While it is possible that you occasionally set yourself up for disappointment by believing this, it is only a temporary feeling. Your ability to believe in the positive eventually results in positive results.

(Note : Me positive??.....)

At some level you feel you have a calling, though you may not concentrate on it much. You are a spiritual person and know there is a purpose for you in this lifetime. Your philosophy to obstacles can easily accept that they are simply lessons along the way.

(Note : I have a calling??)

While we all have times in our lives when we feel overwhelmed, your special attitude keeps you from ever giving up hope and knowing that at the end of the storm, there is a rainbow . . . somewhere. It gives you a zest for life and the fortitude to keep going in the face of defeat.

Countdown to MY birthday

Ian's excited thoughts :

Just 4 more days to my 2nd birthday.... I am so EXCITED.... We will be celebrating my birthday at school.... yes, SCHOOL....

Mummy been very lazy lately.... she did not even update the blog to inform everyone that I started school on 03 March 2008... And the best thing, I really, really enjoy school.... but of course, my dear Mummy has to question "WHAT DID I LEARN FROM SCHOOL?"......

Side Track : Do you know that I know the names of many. many baby animals??... For example, a baby fish is called a fry.... that is so cute.... so technically when someone said "Let's fry a fish", it means "Let's baby fish a fish"..... *laugh*...... heard from Mummy that she just found more new baby animals terms for me to learn..... I can't wait to learn them....

Anyway, before I get too excited about the weird names that baby animals have, let's get back to the topic of my BIRTHDAY..... Mummy and Daddy been busy buying things to put in my gift pack.... and of course my birthday cake...... Let me share the picture with you..... it looks cute, right?

Another YEAR has passed....

Instead of counting candles,
Or tallying the years,
Contemplate your blessings,
As your birthday nears.

Consider special people
Who love you, and who care,
And others who’ve enriched your life
Just by being there.

Think about the memories
Passing years can never mar,
Experiences great and small
That have made you who you are.

Another year is a happy gift,
So cut your cake, and say,
"Instead of counting birthdays,
I count blessings every day!"

April.... reflections

Time passes by so quickly.... and now it is already April....

I always have a love-hate relationship with April....
Hate-> my birthday.... especially since I am growing older

Love-> the wonderful & growing gift-my son....

This April will be even more challenging for me.... If I can only have 1 wish for this birthday, I would wish for ********* ******** (can't write it out as wishes are meant to be a secret for it to come true.. :-P)

But let me share something... I just read an interview article and the quote "HITS ME ON THE HEAD".... DON'T SWEAT THE SMALL STUFF.... it reminds me that sometimes, I need to slow down and enjoy life... and quit worrying... or at least worry less..:-P... Furthermore, it is a reminder that sometimes in life, you will face obstacles... and it is important to look at the BIG PICTURE & move forward..... but of course, it is always easier said than done....

But hopefully 31 is a good turning point for me and my family....

Call me “NIN”

My adorable little son has decided that his name is “NIN”…..*sigh*

It all started last week when some one at the pool ask him for his name… He did not answer….. Then it dawned upon me that I never taught him to say his own name & age…. So I started to teach him at the pool itself….. As usual he ignored me so I thought it did not get into his head…. *laugh*

Then imagine my surprise yesterday when I casually asked him what his name was….. He patted his own chest & said “Nin”…. My first thought is “WHAT????”….. thinking that I heard him wrongly, I asked again….. and once again, he replied “Nin”…. I started to laugh & said his name is Ian and if he has to change his name, at least please use “II” (pronounce as “EE”)…. But as usual, he persistently call himself “Nin”….*sigh*

But at least he is willing to compromise & say that his age is “2” even though initially he was quite persistent that he was only 1 year old…. Actually he is correct as he has yet to reach 2 years old….. three more months to go, but for the sake of convenience, it is easier to say 2…. But don’t tell him that….*grin*

What a SUNDAY!!

Ian's EXCITED Thoughts :

Yesterday was ONE MEMORABLE day.....

The day started on a slow note..... I woke up only at 8.30 am..... and as Daddy is still sick, Mummy had to bring me to GUG on her own..... I must say that I was quite a good boy at GUG..... I even made a heart-shaped Valentine card for Daddy..... Will upload the picture if Mummy managed to find the card.....

After GUG, Mummy & I ate cheese cake at MacDonald...then, we wandered around United Square & Novena Square till 12 plus...... Once we reached home, I had my lunch and off to bed I went for my afternoon nap..... That is where things get exciting.....

Heard Mummy's phone ringing at 3 plus..... It was Atok.... He called to ask Mummy & I to come over to their house as my late-grandma's biological relatives will came over at 4 pm.... Anyway, my late grandma was a Chinese baby who was adopted by a Malay family when she was 1 year old.... They kept in touch when she was young, but lost touch when my great-grandma brought her back to Malacca.... It is a very confusing story..... anyway, we met them for the first time yesterday.... Mummy looks like them.... I don't think I look like them though....

Anyway, this new development means that I have a new set of relatives.... and will celebrate Chinese New Year from now on..... Truthfully, it is only appropriate for me to celebrate Chinese New Year as afterall, I am 3/8 Chinese.... How did I come up wih 3/8??.... Mummy did some rough computation of my genetic background.... One day when she is more free, I shall make her draw out the history of my family.....

Can't write long.... gotta play with Busu.....

BTW : I slept at Atok's place last night..... It was cool.....

My 1st Movie

Ian's DELIGHTED Thoughts:

Happy Chinese New Year!!

We had so much fun yesterday..... We went to Science Centre & Omni-Max Theatre.....

Play at the Waterworks..... Had lots & lots of fun getting wet.....

Then off to MacDonalds for lunch.... I finally mastered the art of drinking from straw so I totally enjoyed my milo....

After that, we went to Omni-Max Theatre for a movie...... We watched "Mummies".... We got popcorn too..... My first popcorn treat......I am overwhelmed by the dome shape theatre and it made the picture more realistic.... but I don't think Mummies is ery appropriate for me as it shows dried--up bodies of the mummies..... Anyway, I felt asleep half-way through the show, but I think Mummy & Daddy can safely bring me to the movies now..... as long as they buy me popcorn.... *grin*......

Today, Daddy is sick so we did not go anywhere...... but nevertheless, Mummy brought me swimming...... We had fun splashing around the pool..... we played catching.....

Hopefully, Daddy gets better by tomorrow so that we can go out again..... but truthfully, I am not looking forward to going to GUG again......

Till my next update..... Tata

BTW: I can count backwards from 10 now..... Mummy is so happy!

My 5th & LAST GUG Lesson

Ian's GLOATING Thoughts :

I was a naughty boy today..... The moment I saw the GUG glass door, I started to cry..... I was wailing & wailing & as a result, Mummy & Daddy allowed me to skip school today..... YAHOOO!!!!!

Mummy tried to bring me to class but I began wailing again..... an Daddy sided with me & said it was ok to skip class..... Mummy was annoyed & said that they are starting a BAD PRECEDENT by showing that it is ok to skip class when you don't like it..... But Daddy won the argument, so in the end I did not go to class at all.....

We went to Swensen's for breakfast instead..... Breakfast was good.... eat a lot of food..... I even managed to drink from the straw.... Both Mummy & Daddy was so happy with my achievement that they bought me a sippy cup with a straw.... It is ORANGE in colour.....

I got a new toy as well..... So I do think that my parents are not that angry with my behaviour.... ..... Now I am already at home..... playing with my new toy as well as all the other toys that I own.....

Tata.....

Thoughts.....

It is FRIDAY......

Somehow or another, I can't help but think of my future..... where do I see myself within the next few years? What do I really wanna do??? I got more than 30 more years of work to go thru before it is officially retirement age....... so what do I wanna do??

Do I wanna stay in HR???.... or source for another career??.... if yes, I will certainly need to further my studies in the new job field..... What field am I keen to be in??.....

I am keen to try out lecturing, but it is tough trying to get into the field.... but I guess can't give up... must continue to try my best to get in before I am too old to change job....

4th GUG Lesson

Ian's TIRED Thoughts :

Today is my 4th lesson at GUG.... It started pretty well.... they were having the alphabets as the "starter" of the class.... but soon, it all went DOWN SOUTH.... more & more kids & parents enter the class..... Believe it or not! There were 12 kids + 12 parents + 2 teachers in that small classroom.... WHAT A SQUEEZE!!... I felt so overwhelmed that I started to cry.... As usual, Mummy was annoyed, but Daddy saved the day & sat through the class with me.....

Truthfully, I don't think I learned much in the class... The 2 teachers are not that wonderful.... they don't seem to understand kids.... Anyway, to cut the story short, Mummy decided not to continue with GUG.... so just 4 more weeks to go before I am a FREE BIRD!!.... I know that Mummy is now having a headache of where to send me to next..... She is kinda stuck with the idea that I should go for intellectual classes.... I like gym better, but Mummy said no.....*sigh*....

Anyway, after our class, we went shopping.... Daddy bought this gear thingy on the pretext that it was for me.... Actually, the toy is not so bad, think I will enjoy it too.... And Mummy bought this SUPER HIGH black heels.... Think Mummy is back to her pre-Mummy days where she wore very high heels.... According to Daddy, she was well-behaved when expecting me..... She wore flats.... And during my first 6 months, she limited herself to short heels....

Soon, we are off to Bishan library to borrow some VCDs & books.... I simply love libraries where I can run around & play with books..... Then, off back home.....

As per routine, I ate my lunch while watching the new numbers VCD.... Once it is finished, it is time for me to do my pattern memory..... and of course, help Daddy to assemble the gear thingy.... Daddy made a dog, but the sad thing is that it can't walk.... :-P

After a long day, I am exhausted..... so off to bed I need to go..... I am looking forward to Chinese New Year where I can spend more time with Mummy & Daddy.... Heard that we are going to a park during the 1st day of CNY.... that should be fun.... Till then.....

What a Day!

Today is one of the worst day I experienced.... The morning started well..... Ian woke up at 6.30 am and we proceed to do some activities..... then we got ready for our GUG lesson.... and that is where things go BOOM.... Ian started to cry the moment the lesson started.... Both Wan & I can't pacify him.... He wanna go out and never return to class.....

I felt like a TOTAL FAILURE.... Thoughts like what is wrong with my child? The rest of the children seem to enjoy the lesson, but not my son..... is it because it is too tough for him or was it because he was bored??... he can't talk properly yet and hence, can't explain the reasons to me....

I really find it tougher and tougher to be a Mummy..... How I wish parenting comes with a manual & remote control.... Then I can know what should I do? And if all else fails, just do a rewind & restart the event all over again.....

SIGH....

Ian's CONFLICTING thoughts :

Today is my 3rd GUG lesson..... it went terrible.... I started to cry the moment the class starts.... Why did I cry?... I am not too sure myself, but I don't like the lessons..... I created such a fuss that Mummy pull me out from the class today....

Heard Daddy & Mummy discussing that I won't need to continue with the class after this term.... just 5 more lessons to go..... I know that Mummy is worried about me.... She sounds upset.... She seems to take this very personally.... It seems like I disappoint her.... I know it was naughty of me to cry, but I just can't help it..... I don't like the lesson.....

I need a BREAK!

The temptation is upon me again.... Feel like just resigning from my JOB & take a break... spend time with Ian.... and source for a job after May 08.....

But the insecurity of not having my own regular $$ is making me think TWICE.... I will just give myself some time.... Maybe if I don't like my new portfolio once PMD is restructured, I will leave.... or then again, maybe not..... It is a tough decision to make.....

I will try to HANG ON till something major happens & it forces me to make a decision.....

Tomorrow is Friday and I have the weekends to look forward to before it is back to work again.... Truthfully, work is not bad.... I am not that busy.... but the thing that is making me think of resigning is the fact I don't seem to be learning much.... Kinda dumb, rite??

Anyway, Sunday is Ian's 3rd GUG class.... the 2nd GUG class went pretty well.... hopefully, this Sunday will also go well....

Till next time.... and hopefully, it won't be a complaining entry again....

The DEVIL is in the details

Been feeling kinda low lately..... really feel like it is time for me to leave the organisation as I don't feel like I am learning anything from staying there....... but have other considerations.... No point in changing job when I have to take 2 weeks break in May....

I should take each day as it comes till May & then source around for another opportunity.... What I feel like doing to take a LONG break.... travel around to relax & detox....

Envision a life where you got no responsibilities.... no one depending on you... you are free to do what you want....... of course, the flip side is that you will be lonely.... no one to confide in & share your worries.....

I think what push me is the news that one of my friend is leaving her job after just 1 month..... she has no job offers waiting for her.......How I wish I got her guts to do such a thing.... but I guess she can afford to do that as she is single an don't have much responsibilities....

Will not dwell too much on this issue or it will drive me even more depressed.....

My 1st GuG Lesson

Ian's REBELLIOUS Thoughts :

Had my 1st GuG lesson yesterday..... the day started well.... we went to United Square REAL EARLY as mummy thought that the lesson supposed to start at 9 am..... and actually the lesson starts at 9.30 am.... my Mummy is certainly very BLUR

Anyway, had lots of fun before the lesson as I kept running around the place looking at all the lights..... do you know that they are in various shapes... stars, ovals & circles..... Mummy asked me to look for a diamond-shape light, but I can't find it, so guess Mummy must be kidding me.... Daddy made me sit in some weird kiddie rides.... I don't like them.... they are so UNNATURAL.... can you believe that a train has a face..... and they got dinos - purple, green and some other bright colour - sitting on a car.... and believe it or not, my parents wanna ME to sit with them.... think my parents are SILLY, don't they know that vehichles don't have face & animals, especially EXTINCT ONES, don't ride with HUMAN on CARS.... they don't even have CARS during the dino times.....

Anyway, I am going off the topic..... The topic of the day is my GuG lesson..... So back to the topic..... The lesson started well..... there were 9 kids altogether in the lesson and we started by having with toys.... Then as usual, we sing songs.... then Teacher Linda read a story.... the story book is so tiny.... can't een see the words, so I decided to explore the room..... saw these cute chairs.... they have holes at the back & my arms & legs fit perfectly there..... so I kept trying to put my arms & legs in the hole.... my spoilsport Mummy said why not listen to the story and kept telling me what is happening in the story.... don't she understand that I am not interested??..... After that, we saw ants & we are supposed to use the finger paint to do an ant trail..... I LUVVV finger paint & wanna put my whole hands on the paint and usual, Mummy said no and only allow me to do the ant trail..... then it is break time.... instead of eating, Mummy & I count.... there are a few cushions with numbers listed on them so we had fun doing it..... Then it is ZOO PHONICS time.... the alphabet of the day is "A".... and the animal is Allie Alligator.... Allie Alligator says "Eh.. Eh... Eh...."... Teacher Linda also said that alligators got LONG TAIL and when they close their snout, their teeth can be seen unlike crocodiles.... That is something interesting.....

Then things started being more interested.... they gave us an apple and expected us to pass it around so we can know how apple feels like..... Don't THESE ADULTS understand that apple is a fruit and we are supposed to eat them rather than pass them around??.... So I started crying when Mummy forced me to surrender my apple..... I refused to study anymore if they don't understand the meaning of eating an apple..... Mummy lost her temper so it is Daddy to the rescue.... Daddy tried to pacify me & we went back to the class.... By then the kids are eating jam as Teacher Linda has taught them the spelling of jam & to make us understand what is JAM, they are feeding us JAM..... kinda interesting, right??

Anyway, I think Mummy is worried about me.... She thinks that I can't cope with the class as I seem bored with most of the things they are doing..... it is her own fault anyway, she taught me too many things so I already know almost everything that is being taught at the first GuG lesson..... hopefully, the class becomes more interesting with time.... I am looking forward to the class.... Think next week, they will be teaching us the sound of "B".... do you think we will have a banana??....

Till next time..... Hugs & Kisses from ME!!

Despite all my complaints about being preggie.... I never regret it.... A TOAST to my MONSTER......

Ian's First Year

Random ToTs

It been 1 WEEK into 2008 an I must say that it has not been tat bad..... been stuck at home as I got chicken pox.... so taken the time to catch up on watching movies......

Just watch "The DEVIL wears Prada".... yes, I know it is now considered as an OLD MOVIE, but I have yet to watch it at all.... :-P..... The movie is good..... LUVVVVV the clothes & shoes, but I guess it teaches you something.... That sometimes you got so carried away in your job that you forget the important --> your morals & beliefs.....

Enough of the DEEP stuff.... let's go for SHALLOW instead..... Due to the chicken pox, I got scars in my face...... ARGHHHHHHHH.... so been wearing this facial mask which is supposed to havve whitening effect..... hopefully, it helps to reduce the scars..... Ain't me shallow???.... Afterall, people always say what is more important is you being beautiful inside, but the truth is LOOKs does matter, so have no choice, but to reduce my scars......

One additional random tot..... remember when people say pregnant women look good..... I disagree..... When I was preggie, I felt FAT, UGLY and certainly YUCKS..... your face bloated up, your stomach grows BIG.... ok, my stomach was not so BIG..... but tat makes it worse.... people tot I have a tummy (no one tot I was preggie) till like it was my 6-7 months..... The worse part of being preggie is that you can't play.... you can't JUMP, CLIMB or even do interesting things...... so guess all that makes me a anti-PREGGIE.... although, must admit that some preggie women looks good.... but that it only when they are SLIM & TALL and the only thing that grows is their TUMMY & not their weight..... seen enough preggie people who looks FAT.... I am one of them, so must never get PREGGIE again!!!!

Enough with my random tots..... Tomorrow is Ian's first GUG lesson, so I am kinda excited..... hopefully, he will enjoy the lessons and learn new things..... He is too absorbed with his alphabets & numbers..... been neglecting shapes & colours..... must do more on tat 2 topics so he will be more well-rounded..... Sometimes, I think I am too obssessed!!

Till next time..... CAIO......

It's 2008.....

It's the first day of 2008..... what will 2008 bring for me?.... 2008 started with a DOWN for me.... I had chicken pox and am stuck at home till who knows when..... but somehow I am still keeping my hopes up...... hopefully, 2008 will be better than 2007..... 2007 had its share of UPsssssss & DOWNssssssssssss for me...... and I hope 2008 has more UPsssssssss than DOWNsssssssssss

My wish list for 2008 is similar to 2007.... :)
(a) Happiness
(b) Prosperity
(c) Health
(d) A happy & fulfilling career.... this is something that I have to work hard towards.....

I will reflect on this list at the end of 2008 & see if it has been achieved.......

Till then.....
Have a wonderful 2008 & may all your wishes come true......

What a TIRING day.....

Ian's EXHAUSTED thoughts :

Today, we followed Nani, Atok & Uncle Irwin for a 1-day tour to Malacca.... We woke up very early (well before 6 am)..... I am amazed that Mummy managed to wake up that early..... usually, it is impossible for wake her up anytime before 6.30 am.....

Anyway, we started the day eating breakfast at McDonald's...... Boarded the bus at 7.30 am and off we went for an adventure...... As usual, Mummy made me practice my numbers & alphabets in the bus.... She doesn't seem to unerstand the concept of vacation..... I got so involved in counting that I started to count the number of people who passed by my seat..... unbelievable, right??..... Wonder if I can be the Count Dracula in Sesame Street as I think I can count very well.... :-P

We only reached Makota Parade at 2 pm and the tour guide gave us only 1 hour to shop.... You should hear Mummy complaining..... I think Mummy is too addicted to shopping..... But who am I to complain when I am at the receiving end of her shopping trips.... :-D.... Toay, she bought me 2 T-shirts & 1 jeans..... They look COOOOOL

Then off we went to EAT..... my favourite HOBBY..... They gave us 2 hours to eat high tea at Makota Hotel..... I enjoyed eating as I ate all kinds of food.... porridge, sandwiches, pudding & ice-cream.... However, I don't think Mummy enjoyed herself.... she was mumbling something like why 2-hours for tea & only 1 hour for shopping.....

Then guess what??? Mummy received more bad news..... We are not going to Jusco for more shopping.... instead we will just stop over at Ayer Hitam..... You should hear her.... I think I better shut my ears as I don't think I am supposed to be privy to this conversation..... :-P..... So I decided to run around the hotel & make people chase after me while waiting for the bus.... I kept on laughing as you should see how the "oldies" people run around trying to ensure that I am okay...... It is so funny..... Must remember to do more of that soon.....

Once we are up on the bus, it is pretty boring..... so decided to watch my tiny tv.... It has all my favourite videos..... There is this one video which teaches me how the alphabets sounds like.... think it is known as phonics or something similar.... been trying and trying, but somehow I don't think I got the phonics sounds correct yet....

Anyway, it is very late already and my eyes are closing.... so better end here.....

Till my next adventure..... Heard that we might go swimming tomorrow if it is a sunny day as both Daddy & Mummy are not working....

It is so FUNNNN.....

I am back again.... I have had a wonderful weekend for the past 2 weeks.....

Last Sunday, we went to Vivocity before going to Nani's house... I was supposed to try out the Gymboree Gym, but as I was asleep, we did not do that.Instead, Mummy allowed me to play at the playground on the 2nd level..... It was super FUN as they have water fountains there..... See me expression!

In view of the upcoming Christmas holidays, Mummy dressed me in a Christmasy outfit today.... I even got a fluffy bedroom slippers to complete the outfit (courtesy of Nani).... Don't you think I look good in it?

Today, we went to Science Centre.... Aunt Sid & Busu came along too..... As usual Daddy was being protective, but nevertheless, I have lots of fun exploring the place.... Wanted to play at the Waterworks exhibition, but as I did not have extra cloths, Mummy said NO!!!!!.... What a spoilsport... :-(

After exploring Science Centre to the fullest (at least I think it is to the fullest), we went to Jurong Point to have lunch at Pizza Hut..... Heard that lemon helps to make you thin, so decided to eat some.... It is certainly sour, but for the sake of staying thin, why not? :-P

My first FINGER PAINTING experience

I'm back again....

Today, Mummy & I did some finger painting..... It was certainly a wonderful experience..... Had lots of fun.... as the saying goes, picture tells a thousand words... so here it goes.....

After making my clothes dirty, decided why not my body as well.... Daddy had a nice time cleaning me after the experience..... too bad, he did not capture the "clean" me.... :-P

My FINAL art work.....

After that, it's time to watch TV.....

Ian's Day OUT

Mummy said I can use her blog again today..... so here it goes....

We went out very early this morning...... We started the day by taking 962 to Sun Plaza for breakfast at MacDonalds..... my favourite place.....

Then off to meet Aunt Sid at Atok & Nenek's place..... We went to T3...... There is a BIG fan at T3.... it moves and moves and moves.... I LUVVVV the fan.... Had fun at T3 before we went for the tour as there is lots of space to run around..... but once we are following the tour guide, it is no longer fun as I can't get to run around..... During the long & boring tour, I fell asleep on Daddy's arms.... Almost slept thru lunch too.... Thank goodness, managed to wake up and Daddy & Mummy fed me cheese sticks.....

Then off to Downtown East..... My very first trip there.... We went to ExplorerKids.... the place was crowded, but I had lots & lots & lots of fun.... I climb and climb and made Mummy follow me throughout my climbs..... After my long climb, we play at the toddler area where there are balls of all colours..... Mummy forgot the camera, so no pictures of my climb, but there are some picture of me having fun at the ball area

After spending an hour there, I decided to become a steam train driver..... :-P

We took the MRT from Pasir Ris all the way home..... It was a LONGGGGGGGGGGG trip, but I was quite well-behaved..... doddle on my tiny pad & later listened to enjit-enjit semut song....

Wonder when we will be going out again???

I have 8 teeth now.... you can see all of them from my cheeky smile......
Mummy & Daddy has not been taking my photos lately.... poor me..... :-(

Anyway, I can count very well now..... Can count till 10..... Mummy trying very hard to teach me to count to 20, but to-date it is unsuccessful......

I can recognise & say my alphabets too..... but mainly capital letters..... have yet to master the small letters......

Daddy is BACK

Ian's GOODBYEs

Daddy been back for almost 2 weeks.... but I been too busy bullying him to write....

Anyway, Mummy & I went to fetch Daddy at the airport... We woke up REAL early and walked all the way to the MRT station.... or rather Mummy carried me all the way there..... I enjoyed myself both at the MRT and the airport..... Daddy's flight was delayed for almost an hour.... When I first saw Daddy, I was so excited, but later I cried when he did not immediately rushed to my side.... He rather waited for his lagguage rather than rushed to me.....

The days after his return was memorable..... have lots of fun playing with Daddy as Daddy was not working for a few days.... but all good things must come to an end.... Daddy returned to work and I am back at Nenek's place..... But never mind, Busu is having his vacation so I have a friend to play with.....

Now, Mummy is sourcing for a school for me... I wonder why I must go to school when I already know my alphabets & numbers (at least up to letter "T" & number "10")... but who understand Mummy.... she is so KIASU.... always wanna me be the BEST..... but guess she has my interest at heart..... But I hope I will not go to a full-day childcare as it seems like a very tiring things to do.... Maybe I shall try to convince Mummy to send me for a half-day child care at least until after my operation....

Did I tell you that I am going for an operation in May next year?? I am scared..... as I think it will hurt & I have to stay in the hospital for almost 2 weeks..... But that is another story....

Now it is time to sleep..... I will try to write again if Mummy allow me to use her blog.....

Till next time, hugs & kisses from ME!!

Daddy will be back soon.... Day 12/14

Ian's EXCITED Thoughts:

Mummy said that Daddy will be back soon.... I am kinda excited as then I can bully him....

Yesterday, I was a naughty boy.... kept on throwing tantrums.... Mummy was upset with me.... In the late afternoon, Aunt Sid, Busu, Mummy & I went swimming.... had lots of fun playing in the pool with Busu.... I was crying when Mummy carried me out as I still wanna play although I am already cold....

Then we went off to Atok & Nenek place.... Mummy tried to leave me there, but I simply won't allow it.... I asked Mummy to bring me home.... so unwillingly, Mummy brought me home.... As a punishment, I woke up a lot of times at night to teach Mummy a lesson....

This morning, I pooed before Mummy can send me over to Nenek's place.... so poor Mummy had to bathe me instead.... ha ha ha.... I made her late....

Day with Nenek is as fun as usual..... play a lot.....

Now, I am so exhausted that I am gonna SLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEPPPPPPPPPPPPPP......

Nighty-nighty

PS : The way I said my no. 4 is super cute.... :-P

Tiring Day.... Day 10/14

Tired, tired, tired, tired ME

I am so tired..... it is only 8 pm and my eyes refused to open.... Now I am almost at the sleep land.... but I know that I should let you know what happened today before I give in to my sleep......

Today was a wet cloudy day, so we did not go swimming..... maybe we will go tomorrow if it is a sunny day.....

Mummy brought me to Nani's place..... the ride to Nani's place was short as Mummy was speeding most of the way..... Think there is something on Mummy's mind as she usually go for speed whenever she needs to think...... but dun think she will share her thoughts with me....

The stay at Nani's place was interesting..... Nani fed me porridge, fruits and some ice-cream.... Nani also brought me to the playground where I show off my skills of alphabets & shapes (BTW, still can't tell the difference between triangle & square).....

Then at 7 plus, Mummy brought me home.... once again, Mummy was driving fast..... think Mummy really needs to get whatever that is bothering her out of her system.... maybe a good swim or walk tomorrow will cure her.....

Now, I think I better go to sleep as my eyes are drooping.....zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

It's SATURDAY.... Day 10/14

Ian's SCATTERED thoughts :

Had a good night sleep again last night..... I think I have finally got over me missing Daddy.... now I can sleep as per usual......

Anyway, it is Saturday..... I woke up at 7 plus am.... and Mummy made me MILK..... then we laze around on the bed before deciding to do intellectual stuffs again..... In summary, we did the intelligent blocks... (PS: I still don't get how to fix them together yet).... then we did Pattern Memory, First Memory.... We did lots of flashcards too.... Animals, Fruits & Vegetables, and Alphabets.....

After that, Mummy said she had to do housework and asked me to play by myself..... That was so BORING, so I decided to take out all the intelligent blocks and mess it up..... also all my drawing blocks, cars, my story books..... ha ha ha..... Mummy will need to tidy them up again.... :-P

Soon Mummy finished doing all the housework and gave me a bath..... I am so sweet smelling now..... Then he said le's eat breakfast.... Guess what I had for breakfast???..... My FAVOURITE.... raisins.... or rather I have to eat the bread along with it as well....

Mummy promised to bring me swimming, but the day seems like a cloudy day..... so maybe we won't go swimming..... wonder what Mummy will do with me if we are not going swimming.... maybe a walk at the park instead???

Till later..... me off to watch my Baby Songs VCD.... not the Animal one, but the ABC & 123.....

P/S : I am still confused about squares & triangles..... Mummy said Triangles got 3 sides and square got 4 sides..... but dun you think they look pretty similar???

Busy, busy Day... Day 8/14

Ian's TIRED thoughts :

Today is an extremely tiring day for me..... Mummy brought Uncle Zuhud & me to the zoo.... We arrive at the zoo at 10.30 am..... Wow, the carpark is already almost full.... We have to park at the Giraffe Section..... what a long walk....

Once we are inside...... we saw lots of animals, but I am not that interested in them..... rather I am more exicited by the tiny waterfall..... I scream my loudest scream the moment I saw it... Rather than explain what I did at the zoo, let my pictures do the talking....

Busu showing me the pictures of the white tigers..... Grrrrr

Busu & I at the Australian Outbacks

Me deep in thought while lookings at the Roos

Like my sea lions??

Help!! The croc has bitten my Busu & is now chasing me!

At around 2 pm, we left the zoo after eating at KFC.... I ate chicken again.... Boy am I unhealthy!!

I slept on the way to Atok's place and only woke up after an 1 hr nap.... soon, Mummy decided to go home.... The moment we reached home, we got ready for our swim.... BTW, I think my swimming outfit is getting too small for me.... Need to get a new one as I am very tall now....

At the baby pool, I realized that I could walk easily..... My head is already well-above water.... Mummy brought a couple of toys for me... my duck, the cube dog & pyramid rat.... we had lots of fun and only came up after 45 mins in the pool.....

I am so exhausted!!!..... Now, I am busy drinking my milk..... can't write anymore with my milk bottle in my hands....

P/S : I had a fall today at the zoo and hurt my lips.... poor me!!... It was all Mummy's fault..... I was walking down the stairs and slipped as I don't want to hold her hands.....wanna see the picture??

It's DEEPAVALI.... Day 8/14

Ian's HAPPY Thoughts :

Yesterday was a a happy day for me..... I managed to eat raisins..... Uncle Zuhud is not schooling, so I got his company the whole day..... I was so excited that I did not fal asleep till 12 noon... and that is only because Nenek made me sleep..... When I woke up at 3 pm, it is play time again.....

Then Nani came over to get me..... She brought me to Causeway Point, where I wanna walk on my own..... don't wanna any assistance.... it is fun seeing if BIG people can see and avoid me... :-P

Then it is home again.... waited so long for Mummy to return home.... wonder what MUMMY was doing that she has to come home late???.... The moment the I heard her keys on the door, I quickly rushed over and welcome her..... You should see the delight on her face.... :-D

Then Uncle "Yahoo" came to fetch Nani & Uncle Irwin..... He asked me how do I make YAHOO again.... :-P..... Then the bad part came along.... They all had to return home.... Tried to make Mummy follow them, but Mummy said CANNOT!!.... Why not??.... But nevermind, it ia over already.....

Mummy distracted me by playing matching and reading story books.... and then it is off to bed for me..... Not a perfect night, but I think I did not wake up that much.....

Now, while Mummy is busy.... I been a naughty boy.... I mix all my flashacrds together as well as the pattern memory & first memory cards..... Don't tell Mummy, ok??... Let her find out for herself & have a hard time sorting them out.... :-P

The day looks like it is gonna be a sunny day.... so we can go to the zoo...

Will update on my zoo trip tonight.

I DID IT!!!!..... Day 7/14

"I'm so PROUD of myself"... Ian

Finally, I managed to sleep throughout the night since my Daddy's absence..... Mummy might quibble about it as I kept on going closer & closer to her till she ran out of space on the bed.... but who cares, at least I managed to sleep throughout.....

Wonder if I managed to sleep throughout because I am so exhausted or is it because I finally got used to Daddy not being around???.... shall not dwell too much on it.....

Mummy sent me to Atok & Nenek place again this morning..... It was raining and Mummy was so lazy that we only left the house at 6.45 am. Atok was already waiting outside for me.... Mummy allowed me to bring my orange clock to their house.... and of course, finally she remembered that she has to bring the raisin along as well as I am a RAISIN monster..... I ADORES raisins..... can't remember when this "adoration" starts..... Maybe it starts tat time when Mummy feeds me raisins whenever I start to fuss in the public.....

Ok, can't write long as I got plenty of things to do..... raisins to eat.... pple to disturb.....

My last 2 days.... day 6/14

Ian's WANDERING Thoughts :

Mummy has been sending me to Atok & Nenek place for the past 2 days.... I am amazed at Mummy.... but guess she has no choice as there is no one else around...

I am sick & tired of educational games..... no one plays with me anymore..... all Mummy does is read books to me, do flashcards & memory games..... it all gives me a headache as it stresses my brain..... but I am getter better at pattern memory though....

BTW, I like my blue sandals better than my orange ones..... I kept wanting to wear them whenever Atok & Nenek bring me outside.....

Today, Mummy tried to leave me at their place, but I KICKED a big fuss and in the end, Mummy had no choice but to bring me home.... ha ha ha..... I will try to stay awake as late as possible so as to torture Mummy..... :-P

Mummy is EXHAUSTED... Day 4/14

Ian's Wandering Thoughts :

It is Sunday.... so that means no more spending time with Mummy till Thursday (it is Deepavali, which is a public holiday).....

Today, I woke up at 6.45 am.... tried to wake Mummy up, but she said she is too tired.... she only managed to drag herself out of the bed at 7.30 am and changed my diaper.... then we only took at watch at around 9 plus...... We went to Atok's place to pass him cold medicine..... Then off to Nani's place......

I look good today.... wore shoes..... and everything matches..... Even Nani thinks I look good..... Nani brought me down to play at the playground..... only after being exhausted, I fell asleep at 2.15 pm...... when I woke up at 3.30 pm, I decided to poo.... Mummy said it was so smelly..... MEAN MUMMY....

Nani gaves me a bath and then Mummy & I went back home.... Nani sent us to the car..... at first Nani carried me, but then I decided better let Mummy carry me, in case she got it in her head to leave me at Nani's house....

When we reached home, I played at my room while Mummy do homely stuff like putting the food in the fridge, etc.... Then we laze around on the bed till 6 plus when Mummy fed me my dinner..... We watch VCD while eating..... then off to laze around on the bed again while drinking Ribena.....

Then Mummy brought me to see Daddy in the computer again..... Think Daddy is really stuck at the computer..... i tried clicking the mouse at different places, but it doesn't seem to allow Daddy to escape from the computer.....

Now, Mummy put me in front of the TV to watch the Baby Song (Animals) VCD while I am drinking my night feed.....

Till later..... hopefully, tomorrow is a more interesting day for me..... Mummy did say she will bring me to swim & do other things on Thursday & next weekend as we are not going to Nani's place.....

Tata....

P/S - Can you pray that I have a good night sleep tonight? Mummy needs her sleep and I am afraid that she will leave me with Atok & Nenek.... I wanna sleep with Mummy!!! But I can't help crying at night whenever I thinks about Daddy not being with us.... :-((

A Day with Mummy ... Day 3/14

Ian's TIRED thoughts :

It is Saturday and I spent the whole day with Mummy..... Let's me tell you all about my day....

As usual, the night was a DISASTER..... I kept waking up crying.... Mummy has to cuddle up beside me.... but tat doesn't help much too as I miss Daddy terribly.... In the end, Mummy put Daddy's pillow on top of me at around 5 plus in the morning and I managed to sleep till 7 plus.... Once I woke up, I tried to wake Mummy up too, but she said she was too tired and just ignore me..... I played on the bed and finally, Mummy woke up at 8 am..... My diapers are heavy, so Mummy bath me.... It was nice......

After that, Mummy & I did some flashcards..... and when Mummy said she want to do some housework, I played by myself in my play room.... Mummy just peep at me once in a while.... I think Mummy managed to accomplish a lot.... Because at around 10 plus am, she started to play with me again..... Soon, she got tired of me and suggested we go outside to eat and watch VCD..... then, we go for our nap..... after lazing on the bed for some time, I fell asleep.... but my nap lasted for only an hour.....

My sleepy Mummy is still tired.... but she decided to play with me again.... At first, I thought she will bring me swimming, but in the end, she did not..... Instead, we went to Swensen's at Causeway Point for lunch cum dinner..... It was nice.... I bullied Mummy by making her carry me for most of the journey..... We eat the Kid's Meal : Burger, Fish & Chips as well as ice cream..... We did not walk around the mall.... instead, we went straight home after spending 1 hr at the restaurant.....

Once we are home, we played and read story books..... I was feeling so tired that I fell asleep after drinking my milk at 7.30 pm....

Tomorrow, we are going to Nani's place...... looking forward to it.... can b ully everyone there again..... :-P

It's FrIdAy

Ian's SUPERFICIAL Thoughts :

Nothing special happened today.... no new shoes.... no new excitements..... Can pretty much say it was a boring day....

But Nani called Atok & Nenek.... it is all because Mummy is not a good communicator... she doesn't give details....

Mummy also came late... heard from the winds that she had lots of fun at Sentosa..... but that's her story to tell as she did not share her day with me....

Anyway, Aunty Sid sent us back home.... she played with me in my play room while Mummy do some homely stufff like feed the cats, take down the tops and washing the bottoms.... Then Mummy swtich on the "Animals Song" VCD for me.....

Think there is something wrong with Mummy.... she can't sit still.... One moment she was sitting down beside me... singing songs and folding clothes and the next, she is up and running into the study room.... Then she run out again to play with me.... This goes on for about 30 minutes.... Wonder what she is doing.... I tried to follow her, but she said "SIT!!" as if I am a dog... but as I am born in the year of the dog & am quite well-trained if I may say so, I followed her instruction and sit down to watch the VCD..

After some time, I feel so exhausted... so decided to go to sleep..... I climbed onto the bed.... laze around for sometime.... and then EVIL MUMMY came in and said, why don't you sleep on the mattress instead.... Without waiting for my consent, she lifted me up and put me on the "SMALL & THIN" mattress.... Then something even weirder happended, she came back in and kiss me... she said DADDY NOT AROUND, SO KISS FROM DADDY.... Why does she kept saying kiss from Daddy?.... Why can't Daddy kiss me himself... I miss him so much.... There are moments I found myself walking to the door in hope Daddy is just late in coming home.... just like when Aunty Sid came back from her swim.... Thought it was Daddy who rang the doorbell.. Rushed over and to my disappointment it was not Daddy....

Do you think daddy abandoned me??? I don't believe so as I thought he loves me a lot..... but it been 2 days since I last saw him.... Do you think the computer ate him??..... WHAT MAKES ME THINK SO???!!.... Mainly because I saw him in the computer yesterday.... he looks small.... If computer eat people, then I better not come too near to it.... All this thinking is giving me a headache.... Think I shall go to sleep now....

Night - night

Oh Wat a Nite!!

Ian's AmAzEd Thoughts:

Last night was a rough night for both Mummy & me..... I woke up at least 4 times and Mummy kept feeding me Ribena (think 3 bottles of it).... My bladder can't take it & of course I found out that I wetted the bed again this morning.... but let me tell you about the night first.....

It is ALL DADDY's FAULT.... I saw Daddy at the computer last night.... and it haunted me.... Voices in my head kept waking me up..... I heard "Daddy has abandoned YOU!!".... I wanted to shout out NOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!... but something stopped me.... A part of me asked why isn't Daddy here if he has not abandoned me??.... so I move closer & closer to Mummy.... hoping her closeness will help to answer my question.... but think it was not very successful....

Anyway, I am PROUD of Mummy.... I thought that I am surely in DEEP SOUP for wetting the bed again..... but instead, Mummy just carried me to the toilet to wash up.... No mean words or actions from her..... After I settled in my play room, Mummy started to clean up the bed covers & mattress..... The amazing thing is that she even drove me to Atok & Nenek place..... Thought that was daddy's job??... It makes me more confused...

Naughty me... Day 1/14

Ian's GUILTY Thoughts:

I was a super naughty boy tonight.... kept on crying since I reached home.... created lots of problem for Mummy.... I SCREAMED when she tried to change my diaper...... asked her to carry me all the time.... Really admire her patience with me.... She did not even raised her voice at all.... Rather she just cuddled up with me.... She put me on her lap and do flashcards with me....

Then she did something weird..... She brought me to the computer and on the computer, I saw Daddy..... The first thing that occured to me was "Why is Daddy there & not here??".... Mummy asked me to wave & do flying kiss to Daddy.... I found it stupid.... but guess ADULTS always want me to do stupid things....

BTW, did I tell you that I bought a new shoe today?? Atok & Nenek brought me to Sun Plaza.... Saw a wonderful blue sandal..... It lighted up when you press on it..... Fell instantly in love with it.... Even gave it a kiss.... Atok said we can get that it.... but I think something happened to the sandal after Atok paid for it.... When Atok passed me the sandal, it doesn't light up whenever I pressed on it.... I tried to communicate my displeasure, but don't think anyone paid attention.... Only after I screamed, they told me that it was another type of sandal as the sandal I fell in love with doesn't come in my size.... WHY DOES SUCH THINGS HAPPENED TO ME!!!

Anyway, it is all in the past..... I am tired now.... think it is time for my sleep..... will write tomorrow and let you know of the methods I used to torture Mummy.... Heard rumours that Mummy is going to Sentosa tomorrow.... Wish I could go with her.... I love the sand & water.... Talking about water, wonder if I could persuade Mummy to bring me swimming this weekend???....

Mummy OH Mummy : Day 1/14

Ian's DEEP Thoughts

Wonder above all WONDERS!! Mummy sent me to Atok & Nenek place today.... I am AMAZED she managed to get up on time.... she even took a bath first while I was deep in slumberland.... But of course she has to ruin my pride in her.... She did such a stupid thing!! She took the wrong car keys & the car will not let her in.... and she got to go upstairs again and change car keys.... Finally, we are off & away..... Mummy made a BAD comment about my weight again.... about how heavy I was.... I am NOT fat, but BIG BONED!!

Anyway, I am safe & sound at Atok & Nenek place now.... wonder where Daddy is.... usually he will kiss me goodbye... unlike Mummy who forgot to kiss me.... Such is the difference between my parents.....

Write later as Nenek said it is time for my bath as my diapers are all wet.... Will let you know of my day later..... Afterall, Mummy did say we will take a bus home tonight..... Look forward to having my own seat at the bus & climbing the overhead bridge again....
